Eligibility

To qualify for our services an individual must meet the following criteria:

  • Household income at or below 165% of the federal poverty level

  • Greenville County Resident

  • No other form of health insurance, including VA Benefits, Medicare, and Medicaid

New Patient Registration

Registration is held on Wednesday from 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. No appointment is necessary for registration. Please bring the following documentation.

  1. Photo ID

  2. Proof of household income, including but not limited to: Food Stamps, Social Security, Disability, Unemployment

Patient Services

  • Primary Medical Care

  • Pharmacy

  • Chiropractic

  • Dermatology

  • Counseling

  • Orthopedic

  • Surgical

  • Gynecology

  • Cardiology

  • Chronic Disease Management Classes

  • Nutritional Counseling

All provider visits are by appointment only.  If you qualify for our services our on-site pharmacy will fill prescriptions prescribed by our providers free of charge to the patient.

How do I qualify?

To qualify for the clinic’s services, a patient’s household income must be at or below 165% of the federal poverty level, and the patient must be a Greenville County resident with no form of health insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, or VA Benefits.

How do I Register to become a patient?

Registration is held on Wednesday mornings from 9:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. No appointment is necessary for registration. Please bring a photo ID and proof of household income, including but not limited to: Food Stamps, Social Security, Disability, Unemployment.

What is the Clinic’s cancellation policy for appointments?

If multiple appointments are missed (and have not been cancelled  24 hours in advance), the patient’s file will be reviewed and a decision will be made as to whether or not they can continue to be seen at the clinic.  This applies to all primary care and specialty appointments as well as counseling.

If a patient does not bring all their medications to the appointment or has not completed ordered lab work prior to the appointment, the patient will be rescheduled and that does count as a missed (not cancelled) appointment.  

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

ALL medication MUST be brought to every appointment, including over the counter medications.

Does the clinic accept walk-in appointments?

In order to respect the dignity of our patients and honor the time of our volunteers, we are appointment only.

Is there a charge for any of your services?

If an individual qualifies for our services, the patient will receive medical care and medication prescribed by our providers free of charge.

Will the CLinic arrange Necessary lab work or diagnostic testing for me?

We have the ability to provide all necessary lab work and diagnostic testing ordered by our providers free of charge to our patients.  The clinic will communicate with a patient a head of time if there are any fees associated with diagnostic testing or medical procedures.

Does the clinic fill prescriptions?

If an individual qualifies for our services, our on-site pharmacy will fill prescriptions prescribed by our providers free of charge to the patient.

Does the clinic provide Dental Services?

Unfortunately, we do not provide dental care at this time, but we can give you information on  other community resources.

Does the clinic offer counseling?

We are very blessed to be able to offer counseling on-site.
