  • If multiple appointments are missed (and have not been cancelled  24 hours in advance), the patient’s file will be reviewed and a decision will be made as to whether or not they can continue to be seen at the clinic.  This applies to all primary care and specialty appointments as well as counseling.

If a patient does not bring all their medications to the appointment or has not completed ordered lab work prior to the appointment, the patient will be rescheduled and that does count as a missed (not cancelled) appointment.

  • ALL medication MUST be brought to every appointment, including over the counter medications.

  • In order to respect the dignity of our patients and honor the time of our volunteers, we are appointment only.

  • If an individual qualifies for our services, the patient will receive medical care and medication prescribed by our providers free of charge.

  • We have the ability to provide all necessary lab work and diagnostic testing ordered by our providers free of charge to our patients.  The clinic will communicate with a patient a head of time if there are any fees associated with diagnostic testing or medical procedures.
